Priority Re-booking for Returning Guests
As a returning guest, you have first right of refusal to the same dates in 2026 before we open them up to the public. To hold your spot:
- Place a $500 per person deposit within 7 days.
- This deposit holds your dates until November 1st.
- On November 1st, the remainder of your 50% trip deposit will be due.
- Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your trip.
Lock in 2025 Rates Before They Go Up
Grosvenor Lodge will see a rate increase in 2026. However, in appreciation of your continued support, you can re-book at a discounted rate if your $500 deposit is received within 7 days. It’s our way of saying thank you for your patronage. Rates to re-book are as follows (not including flights):
- 3 Night Trip: $3,900 per person (a $100 per person savings)
- 4 Night Trip: $4,900 per person (a $1,100 per person savings)
- 7 Night Trip: $7,500 per person (a $1,000 per person savings)
